Shipping Information
Some of our Licensed Team Sport Items; i.e. particular sport clocks, snack helmets, keg a ques, wastebaskets may need a 3 week lead time for shipping. Please call if there are any questions or concerns.
All other returns require a RDA# from Sport Gift Company or we will not be able to accept the return.
Total Time To Your Door=Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping Charges will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart after shipping information has been entered.
Due to licensing restrictions with the various sports leagues, we are unable to ship internationally.
The delivery time of your shipment depends on the product availability of items you order and the shipping method you select.
Please note that due to their size, certain items (golf bags, folding chairs, oversized pillows, etc.) are not eligible for rush shipping option. Also, certain team items are considered custom made and are not eligible for rush shipping options. Please call if you have any questions.
UPS and FedEx do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays in their delivery estimates.
Sorry, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or PO Box addresses.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Shipping Time takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days IN ADDITION TO the stated Processing Time. Certain items are excluded from standard shipping due to the fact that they are coming from different warehhouses and of course, depending upon product availability.
RUSH SHIPPING: Shipping Time takes anywhere from 1 to 3 business days IN ADDITION TO the stated Processing Time. Please Note: Multiple item orders may ship from multiple warehouses. In these instances you will recieve multiple tracking numbers via email as the items ship. You can call 866-889-3349 if you have any questions about multiple shipment orders.
