ORDERING INFORMATION
If paying by credit card or debit card:
The billing address that you enter on this screen must be an exact match of the address that your credit card company or bank has on file for this card.

Please note: If paying by money order, your merchandise will ship within 1 to 2 days receipt of your money order (pending product availability).
SALES TAX There is sales tax on any order shipped to MA. residents. There is no sales tax for all other residents.
All Prices are in in U.S. funds.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 14 days of item receipt to be accepted at our warehouse. Please call 866-889-3349 to obtain an RMA. Once issued an RMA, please return the package to us within 14 days.
Special note: Clothing and jerseys: We accept returns as long as clothing, jerseys etc..have ALL original tags and packaging, haven't been washed, worn, or used, or otherwise damaged.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Sport Gift Co., within 14 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the damaged/incorrect merchandise. Once the damaged or incorrect item is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
Please note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. If the customer does not want the replacement goods, please see "Unwanted Item" section.
FOR UNWANTED ITEMS: If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Sport Gift Company within 14 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in orginal packaging) back to our warehouse at your expense. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item) less original shipping charges). | |
